Sheila Segerson

Sheila spent 30 years as an advocate for children, teachers, and parents in her role as an award winning teacher and school counselor. From Shelby County Schools, a dynamic school district near Memphis, TN, Sheila was honored with a Creative Teaching Award, a Humanitarian Award, and several Environmental Awards for recycling programs she created. In 1996, Sheila was one of 4 educators nationwide to travel to Washington, D.C. where the National Parents and Teachers Association honored her with the Phoebe Apperson Hearst Award. Since retiring from education in 2006, Sheila has enjoyed a second career in helping her daughter, Robyn Bliley, produce "Circus Rosaire".
